Image Rights Authorization

By signing and submitting the present form, I authorize the professional volleyball union "PROSMASH", as well as its authorized partners, the right to use, exploit, and market my name, my image, as well as any other attribute of my personality as a volleyball player for the purposes of promoting French professional volleyball, and to meet the needs of "PROSMASH".

This authorization covers the use of these elements on all distribution and communication media. This authorization is granted for the duration of the current season as well as for the following season from the submitting date.
